A past trip of mine • Land & sea inspiration
Italy, Croatia & Greece
One of my own adventures combined time exploring Italy with a cruise to Croatia and Greece, finishing in Venice. It’s a wonderful way to pair city discoveries with time at sea.
Italy: Rome, three days in Tuscany including Florence, and Bologna, with experiences including a Vatican tour, a cooking class and time enjoying local food and wine. Then on to Ravenna to board the cruise.
At sea: From Ravenna to Croatia and Greece, including Santorini and Athens, before ending the journey in Venice.

A past anniversary adventure • Summer 2026
British Isles & London
A special anniversary journey combined a British Isles cruise aboard Carnival Legend with time exploring London—historic sights, coastal scenery and local discoveries along the way.
The cruise route: Dover, Cobh, Dún Laoghaire, Liverpool, Holyhead, Greenock and Belfast, returning to Dover.
Itinerary highlights: Killarney National Park, a coastal adventure in Howth, and a Scottish shore excursion to Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle. After the cruise, time in London brought city sights, traditional pubs, tea and sweet treats.
